أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(Musa (Moses)) said:

“O my Lord! Open for me my chest (grant me self-confidence, contentment, and boldness). And make this matter easy for me. Make me eloquent of speech. So that they may understand my speech”

- (Surah Ta Ha  20:25-28)

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

“The believers are only those who, when Allah is mentioned, feel a fear in their hearts and when His verses are recited to them, it increases them in faith; and upon their Lord they rely”

- (Surah al-Anfal 8:2)

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

“Verily, man has been created grudging/impatient; when evil toucheth him, he is full of complaint; but when blessed with good fortune, he becomes stingy; except those devoted to Salat (prayers)”

- (Surah Al-Ma`arij 70:19-22)

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

“And that it is He (Allah) Who makes (whom He wills) laugh, and makes (whom He wills) weep”

- (Surah An-Najm 53:43)

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

“And most certainly shall We try you by means of danger and hunger and loss of worldly goods, of lives and of [labour’s] fruits; but give glad tidings to those who patiently persevere”

- (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:155)

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

“And when my servants ask you (O Muhammad SAW), concerning Me, indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. Let them, then, respond unto Me, and believe in Me, so that they might follow the right way.”

- (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:186)

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

“O you who believe! Stand out firmly for Allah and be just witnesses and let not the enmity and hatred of others make you avoid justice. Be just: that is nearer to piety, and fear Allah. Verily, Allah is well acquainted with what you do”

- (Surah Al-Maidah 5:8)

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

“You shall not treat the people with arrogance, and walk not on earth haughtily; for God does not love anyone who acts proudly and boastfully. Be modest in your bearing and lower your voice; for the ugliest sound is the donkey’s braying.”

- (Surah Luqman 31: 18-19)

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

“It was the month of Ramadan in which the Qur’an was (first) bestowed from on high as a guidance unto man and a self-evident proof of that guidance, and as the standard by which to discern the true from the false. Hence, whoever of you lives to see this month shall fast throughout it; but he that is ill, or on a journey, (shall fast instead for the same) number on other days. Allah wills that you shall have ease, and does not will you to suffer hardship; but (He desires) that you complete the number (of days required), and that you extol God for His having guided you aright, and that you may render your thanks (unto Him).”

- (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:185 )

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

“Those who believed, and whose hearts find satisfaction in the remembrance of Allah (swt): for without doubt in the remembrance of Allah (swt) do hearts find satisfaction”

- (Surah Ar-R’ad 13:28)

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

“And among His Signs is that He shows you the lightning, by way of fear and hope, and He sends down water from the sky, and therewith revives the earth after its death. Verily, in that are indeed signs for those who are wise. “

- (Surah Ar-Rum 30:24)

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

“Allah is He Who sends forth the winds, so they raise a cloud, then He spreads it forth in the sky as He pleases, and He breaks them into fragments as He pleases, so that you see the rain coming forth from inside it; then when He causes it to fall upon whom He pleases of His servants, lo! they rejoice”

- (Surah Ar-Rum 30:48)

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

“So patiently persevere, for verily the promise of Allah is true. And do not let those who themselves have no certainty of faith, shake your firmness”

- (Surah Ar-Rum 30:60)

أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

“And He is Allah (to be worshipped alone) in the heavens and in the earth. He knows your secret (thoughts) and your open (words), and He knows what you earn (good or bad).”

- (Surah Al-An’am 6:3)
